This form must be submitted at least fifteen (15) working days before the event.

RESERVATION RULES

No alcohol may be sold.

By signing this form, we agree to remove all props and items brought into the public areas and clean up all litter and debris that result from our event the same day as the event.

By signing this application, the applicant agency or responsible individual agrees to comply with all​ municipal ordinances, rules, regulations, and other applicable laws of the Town of Harmony; to save and keep the Town free and harmless from any and all loss or damages or claims for damages, including attorney’s fees and litigation costs, arising from or out of the special event; and can provide proof of adequate liability insurance coverage (amount determined by specific event).
